VVS Jewelers is a Miami, Florida-based luxury jewelry brand specializing in high-quality, in-stock, and custom-made pieces. All references to “we,” “us,” or “VVS Jewelers” mean the business operating the Site.

All prices displayed on the Site are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate pricing and product details, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or availability errors and to cancel any order if an error is discovered after the order has been placed.
Custom or made-to-order items are non-cancelable once production begins. Please review all specifications carefully before checkout.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments must be received in full before we process or ship your order. Some transactions may take up to 24–48 hours to clear. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

Shipping is governed by our separate Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully. All delivery timelines are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.

Our Refund Policy (available on the Site) explains the conditions under which returns or exchanges are accepted. Custom and made-to-order jewelry is generally non-returnable except in cases of manufacturing defects. All returns must be approved in advance and shipped back within the timeframe stated in the policy.

All content on the Site—including text, images, logos, product designs, videos, and graphics—is owned by VVS Jewelers or licensed to us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Any custom designs created for you remain the intellectual property of VVS Jewelers unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You agree not to:

• Interfere with the Site’s security features or functionality
• Resell or commercially distribute our products without authorization

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and high-quality images of our jewelry. However, actual colors and details may vary slightly due to photography, monitor settings, or natural variations in gemstones and metals. All VVS Jewelers pieces are crafted with premium materials and meet our strict quality standards.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VVS Jewelers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any products purchased. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

The Site and all products are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
